The EUROPEAN COMMISSION opens a position (3-year contract) to work in the field of non-animal approaches for biopharmaceuticals testing.TEST

Position for : – Scientific officer – Non-animal approaches for biopharmaceuticals testing

Qualifications:  Applicants will have a degree in medicine, pharmacology or related discipline.

Good command of English (B2 written and spoken).

Good knowledge of molecular biology and/or immunology.

Knowledge or experience in the field of in vitro technologies;

Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector and Knowledge or experience in the field of in silico modelling are desirable.

Directorate Unit: Health, Consumers and Reference Materials Chemical Safety and Alternative Methods

Indicative duration: 36 months initial contract with possible renewals up to maximum 6 years

JRC Site Country: Ispra Italy

FELASA 2019: Deadline extension to 10th February for abstract submissionTEST

The deadline for abstract submission  for the 14th FELASA Congress is being extended to Sunday 10th February, in order to stimulate poster submissions and to give a chance to late submitters.

 

The recipient of the 2019 FELASA Award will be a keynote speaker at a platform session during the FELASA 2019 Congress, 10 – 13 June in Prague, Czech Republic, where will receive the award – an inscribed plaque and a prize of €2,000.
